[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great except when it randomly goes offline and we have to force a restart. It’s not related to the wifi

Great Apple Integration

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted a lock that would utilize thread with Apple HomeKit and would allow my family to have multiple ways to enter our home. We have been using the Encode Plus for a few weeks now and it has not failed to respond through the key pad, Apple Home Key, or our smart voice assistant.
