Best smart lock overall

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can only speak for myself but I’ve owned a fair amount of “smart” locks. I love lights, tech, AI assistants etc… After a bunch of failures from a previous well known lock (Yale assure 2) I went with this encode plus and it’s everything I asked for. It works! From HomeKit to Alexa & even Ring. It connects seamlessly and stays connected. 6 months and not one failure. Battery life is great even with excessive use. My only quarrel is it didn’t come with a factory sensor for closed door detection but I easily fixed this issue with my ring/homekit setup. Love this lock !!!

One of the best locks I have ever had

It happen that I want to equipped my entire place with this kind of locks. I love it and am very grateful to have it. It amazed me how well I can manage my home security lock from as distant as from home. I highly recommend it.

Second encode smart lock purchased!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this second lock after really liking the first encode I purchased! This install was trickier because my door lock hole was drilled in the incorrect position so I had to chisel more wood out for this to fit correctly. However, this was easier to fit versus my old automatic lock (different brand) which ended up failing after a year of use. love the color, matches my door and is so easy to use. The buttons are touch sensitive and I appreciate that There is a low battery icon to tell me when it needs to be replaced. The locking mechanism is smooth and feels very secure and safe. Very happy with it and I’ve recommended it to all my friends. Easy to install even for someone who may not be super handy.
