I’m extremely pleased with the Schlage Encode Plus Smart WiFi Deadbolt. The installation was straightforward, and the lock feels solid, durable, and well-made. The Century Trim in Satin Nickel also has a clean, modern appearance that looks great on the door.
The smart features are what really make this lock stand out. WiFi connectivity makes it convenient to control and monitor the lock remotely, and being able to use a code instead of carrying a key is a huge plus. The interface is easy to use, and the ability to create separate access codes for family members or guests adds another level of convenience and security.
Most importantly, I feel confident in the security Schlage provides. The combination of traditional deadbolt security and smart-home features gives me both peace of mind and everyday convenience.

Great apart from some faulty devices

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought couple of these smart locks for my Airbnb property. I believe this is my 3rd one after having it replaced. When the lock works it works great but after few months I had the lock just not work anymore. The front just goes blank, not a battery issue nor connectivity. It's frustrating when I have guests over and my lock just died on me.

The lock is also a smart lock that practically does the job by itself.
Once I set it up to assist me with the type of security I needed, I was secure and comfortable with the lock.
I used the app to set up the controls and it was compatible to the way I needed to use the lock.
Connecting the lock to my phone using the app was easy too.
Everything interfaced really nicely when I was installing the lock and setting up the type of security I needed.
