[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the encode after having 6 or 7 smart Schlage locks and i have to admit that i am disappointed in the quality of this lock. It has malfunctioned on several occasions In fact i was locked out of my house on 2 occasions and had to use a different entrance to get into my home. I would give all the other Schlage products a 10 out of 10 but this one i would give a 3 out of 10

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this four weeks ago and love it. Easy installation. Downloading the app was easy and like being able to unlock door from long distance and like that you can add and delete door codes as needed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] received deadbolt about a month ago installed went to Schlage for there app and programming, it very smooth. Having your credentials for Wi-Fi is very important to connecting. although it only hooks up to 2.4 GHz it works great, I can unlock or lock the deadbolt from anywhere or see history get notifications. hands-down is the best lock on the market

And, I have to say it is one of the best dead bolts I have ever purchased. It has a build in alarm, I get immediate notifications when someone opens, closes, or uses their code to enter. I wish it came with a tiny built in camera. But, I’m very satisfied with it.
