[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to install, easy programming. The slave app works well, but also connects to my Apple home system. So my iPhone and I watch can open the door just by proximity. Love that you can set different codes for different people that are only active for certain times of the day such as a dog walker or gardener, etc. Highly recommend.

Great, when it works

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I originally purchased four locks for my house. I have had to return to Schlage and reinstall three of the four locks, one even for a 3rd time. I really like the appearance and functionality of the lock (great security, great WiFi signal, works well with HomeKit, responsive touchscreen interface), and have provided 3 stars for these reasons abd because of Schlage’s ability to accept fault and replace the lock. Unfortunately, however, I have so little faith in the locks themselves and have gotten frustrated enough with them I doubt not recommend them to friends.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice lock but Apple Watch compatibility not workin

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our new Schlage Encode works well as a smart lock however we are having difficulty getting the “plus” feature to work with an Apple Watch. That was the reason for purchasing this particular model, unfortunately. Will continue to try to do some googling as we would like yo use the Apple Watch feature for opening the door.
