Encode Plus is the way to go

Only minor gripe is battery life, getting about 4 months of usage. Also appreciate the alarm function where it will detect forced entry and sound off a loud alarm. Highly recommend Schlage encode plus.

Easy to install

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased a handle and lock set. Good quality and looks nice . Easy to install both. To program the dead bolt was easy good directions. I just used the basic functions. Overall does a good job and nice to have a key pad to enter house on the days I forgot my keys .

Great lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pretty easy to install and operate using the app. I don’t have a proper network to connect the lock to so I have a iPad running a hotspot, and it kept connection with it pretty well allowing me to run the smart lock quite cheaply for auxiliary buildings until my iPad was too old to update. I haven’t had an issue with security other than human error. The Schlage app is easy to use but in terms of compatibility, I’m pretty sure if you have newer equipment there will be no issues. Some people I’ve known to use this lock are confused as to how to operate it, this isn’t an issue as long as you’re not retarted.

Unlocking my house from my phone while I carry groceries, never getting locked out, giving access to my house to those that need it, I never knew it would be this good! It is stylish and gets a lot of compliments from friends and family too! Installing it was so easy too. Definitely worth the cost!
