Decent connecting to wifi, but failed 8 months in

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really love the look, ease of installation and ability to control via app and alexa. Surprisingly ours failed after 8 months of use. The deadbolt would not extend or respond to any key commands. Replacement is working good so far.

Great Smart Lock

I’ve had the lock now for about for months and I absolutely love the decision I made to upgrade. I especially like the WIFI AND Bluetooth connectivity. It also sends me alerts when the lock is unlocked and locked to my phone and smart watch. Additionally, the batteries that I used when I first installed the lock are still running strong. I highly recommend this to anyone considering upgrading their door lock at home or office. The ba
