[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First time using a wifi lock. Really enjoy the app notifications, and also no hassle locking and unlocking. Only worry I have is potential wifi security breach and potential compromise to unlock the front door that route. Anything that helps with educating customers to reassure them with security controls will be helpful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After setup in HomeKit, only the HomeKit code works and trying to add other codes makes it so no code works. It becomes unresponsive it the Home app constantly. During the day, the panel light is so dim you can’t see the numbers. Hardware is good but software is terrible.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
