[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great for short and mid term guests. Easy to use with the app and Airbnb. Super easy to install and connect. Guests love it because they can create their own codes through Airbnb. Also can see who has used the codes or if battery is low or left unlocked from the app.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Such an easy install

Setup was also easy. Following the instruction and was done all with in 30 minutes.
The product looks and feels nice and hefty as metal should. Locks smooth and quick. I’m happy to have upgraded from a competitor product. Worth the wait for my situation. Looks great, can’t wait to upgrade the handle with the same style.

Great Lock, Occasional Access Issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Schlage Encode Plus is a strong, well built smart lock with useful features like remote access and multiple entry codes. Once it’s working properly, it’s convenient and feels secure.
However, setup can be frustrating, and the lock is sensitive to Wi-Fi and battery connection. There were moments when the keypad didn’t respond at all, which is concerning because it means you can’t enter a code to get in. That kind of issue can make you feel uneasy about reliability.
Overall, it’s a good lock, but you need to be prepared for some setup challenges and make sure everything is installed perfectly to avoid access problems
