[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installation was relatively easy following the guide and video. Was able to set up the Schlage Home app and connect it to Apple Home and now I can open the door with my phone or watch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The bolt won’t lock or retract electronically. Batteries are fine, it has connectivity, it works manually. It didn’t work when I ran the install program and I can’t get it to work now. I reset it, etc, etc etc. frustrating. I installed another just like it and it works fine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've installed a few of these locks over the years and I am quite pleased with how easy it is to install, instructions are easy to follow but not needed. It took no time at all to connect this lock to the internet and set up a few alerts. I was surprised how the lock is compatible with my other smart home devices, I can control the lock through my Ring app as well. The lock works Great and seems to be very secure. Ive never had a problem with any of these locks.
