[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had no problems with the lock and enjoy the capability to lock and unlock remotely. After our locksmith corrected the alignment problems caused by the door installation team we have had no issues and are well pleased.

Encode issues

I bought 7 of the encode 2 of the locked and did not want to open had to break them apart. 1 lost internet and Bluetooth connection. Unable to connect to internet again. One just beeped had to replace recently
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Schlage remote wifi lock is great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice digital lock. Had professional locksmith install and set up, although you could DIY. We are satisfied with operation and remote ap. Being able to open the door remotely is a nice feature to let a service guy in. We have Schlage entry handles and dead bolts on all doors (many years old) and we knew this brand was dependable.
