Best smart deadbolt

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The box comes with easy to install instructions. It took barely 10 minutes and another 10 to set it up with the app. I would say it is just what I needed, access to people according to schedule, notifications when locked/unlocked. The best part is tapping my phone or watch without entering the code while people are around. It is quite heavy and sturdy. A bit on the pricier side but worth it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a bit leary at first when I was installing my deadbolt but it was actually very easy and there were visual instructions built right into the encode app. I love that you can lock it manually, or with the app or key.
I have had this deadbolt for approximately 2 weeks now and so far I'm glad that I purchased it.
I also like that if I leave and might forget to lock my door I can do it on my phone and I like the security set at settings for it and how to set up others as either administrator or guest.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The actual lock is easy to install. My only difficulty was drilling the holes in the door and frame. That of course has nothing to do with the actual lock, and if these holes are already available, then you’re home free.

Poor battery life

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to like this, but battery life is extremely poor. The first unit failed after only a few months, so they sent me another unit without any hassle. I got the 2nd unit installed a few weeks ago and have already had to change the batteries. Unacceptable when your house is a busy vacation rental. The last thing I want to worry about is a guest being locked out because the lock ran out of batteries.
Don’t tell me it’s a WiFi problem either. My router is located about 20 feet from the door, and I consistently get gig-speed internet.
Really wanted this to be 5 stars, but it’s just not😕
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
