Wifi problems

Great smart lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had four of these locks on various doors. The battery life is really good in comparison to some other locks I have used. The integration with other security products is wonderful. Love how I have several ways to control the lock from app to keypad and also my wallet on my phone. Installation is really simple

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall , this lock is absolutely the most secure easy to install reliable lock. I I had to replace my current lock as I was having too many issues with the Wi-Fi getting to the battery.. after a lot of research I landed on this lock and I’m so happy I did. First it was easy to install. I thought I was gonna have to call my Handyman, but I was able to do it myself. Second getting to the battery area is easy. The security is great so the Wi-Fi doesn’t work doesn’t mean you will be locked out. You still have Bluetooth. You still have a backup key. You will never be locked out of your house. Also, this has the option to put on an alarm if someone is trying to force the lock off. A great added sense of security. It is compatible with Alexa and Apple home and much more. Would highly recommend this lock.
