Sturdy lock and Usually No Issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this lock for about a year and haven’t had any issues besides it freezing up one time and Schlage Team was very helpful although they had to send me a new one in the end.
However, compared to my old namebrand smart lock this one is still amazing and I would choose it every time

I’ve had the Schlage Encore Plus for a month and it has been effortlessly perfect. Best smart lock for a venue/rental property/small business.
