Peace of mind!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super easy to install. My sweet summer child of a roommate has a real problem losing her key. She also has a problem remembering to lock doors. This solves all of my problems since I can lock the door from out of town when she forgets. And I no longer have to have a key hidden outside to be found by bad guys.

Good luck with a flaw

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installing and programming the lock is very simple and straightforward. The problem I’ve had with it is the battery pack that powers it doesn’t stay seated properly after a few months and I’ve had to finagle with it in order to keep it working properly. I’m putting in a warranty claim on it since it’s becoming more of a hassle and my wife almost locked herself out of the house when it auto locked like we programmed it to do but then stopped working entirely
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So convenient!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I installed one of these at our last house and loved the convenience of it. The install was easy and the product was reliable. Loved having the option to use the app to remotely lock and unlock the door. We moved this past Summer and immediately purchased and installed one in our new home. We had issues with the lock after a few months. I messaged Schlage. They had me test a few things and after a few emails, they sent me a new one. The new one has been installed and it is working great. Awesome product!

Good quality choice for a deadbolt

It took me about 20 minutes to install and setup the app. I chose this lock because of the quality of the lock hardware. I also like the fact that the battery life is relatively good compared to some other locks.

Connection was fast and simple to follow.
Love hearing the deadbolt action - makes me feel like my home is secure no matter where I am.
The app is easy to use and did not take long - maybe 5 minutes total - to set up after install.
