Solid product with a couple of small caveats

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a house in Baja, Mexico and have 11 Schlage encode locks. For the most part, they are a solid product. They are easy to add to the app, and easy to control from the app and integrate well with most property management software. Just a couple of small issues: (1) in the bright sunshine, the keypad is impossible to see so you are guessing as to the numbers you are pressing (the numbers aren’t clearly printed like on other locks); (2) they seem to occasionally have problems connecting to strong WiFi after having been paired and inexplicably occasionally drop WiFi connection; (3) I had a recurring problem with one lock that had to be deleted and re-added, which was not hard but could not be done remotely. Overall, it’s a solid product and I am happy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is the Best Smart Lock, Bar None

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this lock installed on my warehouse for almost 2 years now. No issues, no complaints. It is secure, te guys used to pick the old lock when they didn’t have their key, not the Encode Plus. It is attractive, simple and easy to install. Everybody loves the way it seamlessly works with their Apple devices, especially me. Very easy to add or remove people and schedule when their code works or doesn’t. Schlage hit the nail on the head with this one. I’ve since bought 2 more and will eventually have only Encode Plus locks providing all my door verify needs.

Convenience, Safety, and Style — All in One Lock!
