Best locks on the market.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you are looking for a reliable lock that is very easy to use. Your search is over. I was frustrated with my August locks, as many customers complained about having trouble using them. Since I switched to Schlage, I have not received a single complaint, and the online interface is very straightforward. Simple, easy, and reliable.

Works great but eats batteries

I have to give explicit instructions every time to wait for the beep before opening- or it trips up the code. If done about 3 times it will lock you out fur about 20 min… unless you have the key.

It uses AA batteries- and you must monitor on the app the battery life- once it gets to 38%, replace the batteries or it could just not works d you or your guests will be locked out.
Otherwise it works great.

Terrible quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The battery dies within a month (regardless of how (in)frequent the door / lock is used) This is the second one that has just randomly stopped working… Very disappointed we paid so much money to change over eight locks in our entire home to these.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Quick and Easy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Needed a lock to allow someone into our house that was tracked and controlled to a time frame. Quick install and setup was easy. I only had to remove the old deadbolt and this one bolted right in its place. Glad I went with this product. I haven't gotten into setup with my Samsung Smart Things or Ring yet, but researching online, it seems like it will be a breeze. The app is also super easy to use.
