Solid Lock - Home Acount Issues with Mult Use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy install. Works great on the primary user account but having difficulty adding additional family members for shared access through Schlage Home.
Aside from the Home account issues, the manual key code works great and the lock actuates smoothly.

Locks with a touch of a button
