Smart with some struggles

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This lock looks very nice and works pretty well. I am able to lock and unlock from anywhere with an Internet signal. Connecting it to the Wi-Fi has been a little rough. While setting it up, it says it fails to connect, but I am still able to use it via wifi. So I'm not sure what's going on there. I can't update the firmware as a result. The app is otherwise simple to use

My go to for all my short term rental units

Perfect lock!

We have it fore more than a year and a half and it operates flawlessly in every kind of weather, from very cold to very hot conditions.and I love that I can set codes for everyone in the family, our neighbors (who help us water our plants when we are away), maid service, and anyone else we want to give access permanently or temporarily:

Love ability to assign door temp door codes without giving away the main code, light up screen, WiFi compatible, battery indicator, entry/exit time log, lock/open from app, accent matches house fixtures, clean modern look.

Like the Black Finish

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice looking look works well on my Wi-Fi easy to install and setup. I wish it had a light so you could see the numbers in the dark. Only have hade 1 issue since installing. The lock goes off and unable to use keypad first time i changed the battery second time i tested the battery at they were good hit the reset button on back and so far so good.
I would recommend this to a friend!
