Love the Style & Convenience!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We absolutely love the clean, contemporary style that the satin nickel offers. We can't believe it took us until 2025 to finally give the electronic entry door lock a try and wonder what took us so long. We love the keyless entry feature and the simplicity of pressing the "lock" button when leaving for the day. This has been an excellent home improvement worth every dollar spent.

Great lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Happy with lock. Like wi-fi and Bluetooth feature. Can remotely lock and unlock the lock using wi-fi. Only downside of using wi-fi is frequent change of batteries. Whereas Bluetooth consumes way less power but it works as along as I am at home. Otherwise this is a great lock. Anyone who is tech savvy would love it.

Smart lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the encode smart lock on three of my properties. It is perfect for rentals as I can assign a code to renters or formaintenance from my phone. I don't have to drive hours to add a code to the lock, it is so convenient and works great.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Don't buy these

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These locks eat batteries... Even when they are not being used frequently, batteries will have to be replaced. Keep keys handy because you're going to need them!!!
Remote unlock on these doors is problematic because the motors aren't strong enough to open the deadbolt if there is any pressure from even weather stripping holding the door secure.
You're a much better, much less expensive options available.

Easy to follow installation instructions!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My retailer did not offer installation service and I was a little concerned about trying to do it myself. Luckily, I was replacing the same model so there was no problem with it fitting, but I was really happy that the installation instructions made it very easy to replace and set up the Wi-Fi for the new keypad and deadbolt.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 2 lock sets I purchased are my first wi-do enabled lock. LOVIN’ ‘EM!! Both operate smoothly. Very easy to set up. Each of my adult kids have their own code as well as key. I like the key option as a just in case. It is beyond awesome to be able to unlock the lock set from the car when it’s raining out or if I have bags/packages in hand. No need to put anything down -just push the lever and I’m in. Im one very happy gal.
