Great product and super simple installation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very easy installation with clear instructions. Connecting the lock to the app was very simple and everything works perfectly. The interface on the app is very clear and easy to navigate and the alerts have already been useful to remotely unlock and lock the door. We also have an external camera fitted and the overall security that gives provides significant peace of mind.

Great so far .. but please update the instructions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the most part installation was easy. The manual with the QR code was super helpful for us visual learners. Love that it is compatible with Apple products which allows me to use my Apple Watch to lock or unlock the door. Only suggestion I have is to update the instructions. Instructions show the option of two striker plates for additional reinforcement and security but quick google search revealed that it is one striker plate now which does not look like what is pictured in the instructions. The design is aesthetically pleasing and it was easily connected to my WiFi. Purchased a second one for my front door

Good lock, simple and clean working.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been really happy with these locks. I installed several more than three months ago. Battery life has been good. The lock works well with HomeKit and Apple Keys works well. I use my Apple Watch to unlock most of the time. The Schlage app also works well and is clean and simple interface. I will be buying more of these locks for my rentals. I would not hesitate to recommend.

My Experience with the Encode Plus Lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The lock is easy to install and easy to set up. The one negative is only one iPhone can access it. It would be great if my wife’s iPhone could also access it. Fortunately, she can enter using the code. If they update this lock program it so two phones can access it!

New smart lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had an older model with lock with z-wave technology and wanted to update to a modern WiFi enabled device that works with Apple HomeKit. This model used the same door openings and the existing so installation was simplified. After installation the configuration was straight forward and project was completed within 30 minutes. Operation with the app is intuitive and straightforward. So far we love the new capabilities and features. Highly recommend to anyone looking for this product type. .

Airbnb Must Have!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have this lock for two Airbnbs and it has made my life so much easier! It connects with the Airbnb app and will assign 4 digit codes for guests based on the last 4 digits of their phone number. I absolutely love how easy it is to use for me and guests. I can give different codes for our cleaner etc and then I know who is accessing the home when.

Gets work done

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had this lock installed and I realised few important features not available like sensor for hand gestures as it’s most needed to light up the keypad in darkness with a gesture. When you try to unlock and if the numbers are not lit up it becomes always a two time number lock code to unlock the door. Second big disappointment was the battery drainage, had to get it replaced under warranty as battery needed to be changed every month. Best would have rechargeable batteries.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
