Perfect Smart Lock for Our New Home

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received the Schlage Encode Plus Smart WiFi Deadbolt with our new home, and it has quickly become one of my favorite features. The lock looks great with the Century trim and feels solid and well-built.
Setup and everyday use have been simple. The WiFi connectivity makes it convenient to manage the lock without having to be standing at the door, and I really like being able to use personalized access codes instead of constantly carrying or handing out keys. It gives us an added level of security while also making coming and going much easier.
The keypad is responsive, the interface is straightforward, and the lock operates smoothly. I also appreciate being able to check the lock status and have better control over who can access our home.
For a new home, this is exactly the type of smart-home upgrade I want: something that adds convenience and security without making things unnecessarily complicated. So far, the Schlage Encode Plus has delivered on all three—appearance, functionality, and peace of mind.
Definitely a 5-star product and one I would recommend to anyone looking to upgrade to a smart deadbolt.

Enjoying my new Schlage lock so far. The size of it so nice designed. For the period of use didn’t have any issues with connectivity to it, connected to WiFi and done. Simple to install, the manual is so informative. Battery life is great. So easy to use and really secure.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Horrible design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Never stay connected. Batteries are always dead fast no matter which ones you buy. You cannot see the screen, when you touch it to get it to light up if you can get it to light up then you have already pressed a number and have to start over. Worst lock ever. Will never buy another Schlage product.
