[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Yes I really enjoy this product. I bought it for my house because I was taking care of my elderly mother and I had helper come in and they would not remember and to lock the door when they left made me feel much safer cuz she was wheelchair bound.

When it works it’s great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lock is awesome, when it works. 95% of the time, the lock will be offline. I have no issues with WiFi in my house but the lock has a problem staying connected.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A Smart Lock That Actually Works

Unfortunately, they were nothing but headaches, constant connectivity issues, unreliable remote access, and clunky app integrations that felt more like workarounds than true smart features. After some frustration, we decided to replace them with the Schlage Encode Plus, and the difference was immediate and dramatic. Installation was straightforward, and setup through Apple HomeKit and the Schlage app was smooth. The Encode Plus connects directly via Wi-Fi, no need for an additional hub and works flawlessly. We love the convenience of managing codes remotely, getting real-time notifications, and using our iPhones or Apple Watches to unlock the door with a tap.Best of all, it just works every time. The build quality is solid and feels secure, the design complements our modern farm home, and the peace of mind we’ve gained is well worth the upgrade.
