Great lock, does the job

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I manage over 10 short-term rentals and I require all my units to have the encode installed on at least the front door. It's so easy to use, batteries last longer than the competition and I love that it works with Airbnb. Easy to install toom

Brand new Schlage deadbolt

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new encode plus has some really nice features that allow remote monitoring and assignment of access codes for up to 100 users. The primary on the account can monitor unlocks/locks and even remotely unlock/lock the deadbolt when away.

Nice, but poor support

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy install. But needed help with the app for Android. Was supposed to be 11th in line for help, but it took a long time for support to ring me back.
Your products are expensive compared to the competition. You can afford to hire enough support team members to not keep us waiting and waiting.
