[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like how easy to use this one is. The app lives on my phone and I can always tell when lock is unlocked/locked by someone else. Conveniently syncs with short-term rental apps, too.

Keypad Design Flaw Still an Issue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Keypad Design still a major issue!! To activate the keypad you need to 1st press somewhere on the keypad however, unless you press the “unlock” icon in the bottom left corner, the keypad registers that 1st press as a number. My Airbnb customers are constantly calling me that the 4digit code I gave them doesn’t work. I would have given this lock 5 stars if it wasn’t for this major design flaw!
