[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Yes I really enjoy this product. I bought it for my house because I was taking care of my elderly mother and I had helper come in and they would not remember and to lock the door when they left made me feel much safer cuz she was wheelchair bound.

Nice, but poor support

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy install. But needed help with the app for Android. Was supposed to be 11th in line for help, but it took a long time for support to ring me back.
Your products are expensive compared to the competition. You can afford to hire enough support team members to not keep us waiting and waiting.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Brand new Schlage deadbolt

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new encode plus has some really nice features that allow remote monitoring and assignment of access codes for up to 100 users. The primary on the account can monitor unlocks/locks and even remotely unlock/lock the deadbolt when away.
