[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this lock to replace a 3 month old smart lock from another brand that my family absolutely hated. The Encode and its app are easier to use , more responsive and my family is much happier. The Alexa integration was easy to setup. Highly recommended

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product is well packaged and the installation was very simple to install with just a screwdriver. I was able to install and setup with a new code in 15 minutes. I don’t like carrying keys on me and this makes it very convenient and easy to enter my home. I like how you can remotely lock and unlock and I get notifications when the lock is locked and unlocked. I liked it so much I bought two more.
