Great door lock!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are enjoying the Schlage door lock and having no issues! In the past, we had a Yale nest lock but it would always lose WiFi connection and need to be reset. So far so good with the Schlage door lock!

WiFi locks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love Schlage Wi-Fi products but I’m super frustrated with the fact that it’s 2025 and Schlage locks won’t connect with 5G WiFi routers and change the router does not work either. I had to buy a 2.4G router just for these locks and one of them continuously loses connection.

Best lock ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a Schlage lock before that didn’t have WiFi. I decided to get an upgrade. Boy was that the best thing I did. I can use my ring with it. I on a cruise now. It tells me if someone opened the door. I just saw my dog going out for a walk with my son in law. It tells me who went into my house. I have a few family members that have codes and I can tell when they go in and out. I can even change there code if I don’t want them to go in. Or just have certain times for them to use them. Plus it tells me when the batteries need changed . I just saw my dog going out the door while I’m in another country. I love this lock . It’s worth paying a little more to know what’s going on at my house.

Best thing ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I couldn't be more happy with this product. Living in apartment and wife going into labor i was able to set different key codes for family member to come over and check on our dog while in the hospital. The app also gave me notifications as to when the door was unlocked and by who and also when locked. I set the auto lock as well just in case we forget to lock the door when they left as well. The auto tap function from an apple watch works great for my wife especially having a baby stroller and bag for when she comes home. So far this thing has been awesome and really happy with it. So many features to make things easier.

Reliability, Ease of Use!

Ugly, but working well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the only smart lock I could find that came with all the features included (without having to buy add on pieces), was compatible with Home Key, and had outstanding reviews for reliability. Installation was fine. Connection is fine. It all works fine. It's just so very terribly ugly that I really, really wanted justify picking something else.

Great ease for controlling entry

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my new Wi-Fi locks however when people are going in and out they barely brush the deadbolt from the inside and it locks it in the locked position with deadbolt out not allowing the door to shut
