Easy and simple

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to install and program. I love it for being able to give a code to someone and then delete that code after and having access to lock anywhere

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently purchased this for my Airbnb. I love that I can change up to code for each new stay by the touch of my phone!

Seems good so far with 1 flaw

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The material and function seem great. The flaw is the key. What is there not a key’s entry customization option. Me other key pad lock did it only allow customized codes but I would actually customize the pins in the key lock allowing me to use any key I wanted as the back up key. This is much safer then the 1 generic key option. I am disappointed in that.

Reliable lock with good WiFi connecticity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I installed one of these locks on my front door and it worked well. I decided to compare with a Yale lock and it required a totally separate thread bridge router which can be expensive. I returned and bought another Schlage Encode Plus and installed it quickly and connected it with no additional hardware needed. I recommend it. The only issue is the keypad is dark when you start to enter the codes so you may incorrectly enter the code the first time. You can easily get it to light up by selecting the lower left check button, but someone new to the lock won’t know this. Small issue and the only reason I have it a 4 rather than a 5.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Went through four different locks. Never once got one to connect to my app but I guess that's the way it goes.
