[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never installed anything like this. Your instructions were easy to follow and var informative. I liked that you could read the instructions or get help online. The funny thing you said like that wasn’t that hard did make me laugh. I had a lot of frustration getting my old door to work with a new device. The only reason I didn’t give you five stars was you kinda left me hanging after installation hooking up to Wi-Fi and Apple was not straightforward.

Amazing lock!!!!

I was originally a little hesitant but I am so glad to took the leap. Someone left the door unlocked at check out and I was able to lock it right from my phone. I am SO happy I took this chance.

The built-in WiFi eliminates the need for additional hubs, and I love the seamless integration with Apple HomeKit and Alexa. Using my phone or Apple Watch to lock and unlock the door is super convenient, and the ability to create temporary access codes for guests is a huge plus. It feels secure, looks sleek, and functions reliably. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enhance both security and convenience at home.
