Great lock, came with dead batteries

Perfect lock other than battery defect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great if you get a version that doesn’t have faulty battery management. The one I ordered wouldn’t hold charge for more than 10 days. Schlage sent me a free replacement and the battery looks like it will last almost a year. It’s a great lock otherwise - best on the market imo.

Love this lock!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was easy to install (my husband and I finished in less than an hour). We like the modern design. It was easy to set up codes. The app is also easy to use, love that I can control the lock and add/delete codes on my phone. The main reason I chose this lock above all others is because of the security rating, and that I can use codes with up to 8 digits (options that the other schlage locks didn’t have).
