Stopped working

Six months in and the lock stopped working. It is not the batteries or connectivity, it is the lock. Had to uninstall and reinstall. What a pain.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Convenient Smart Lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased a new home and this was included. So easy yo set up in the app. I like the ease of entry with the touch pad code. Also I like being able to check on the app to see if I remembered to lock the door without getting off the sofa or out of bed. This is my first time having this type of lock, I can’t believe I have gone so many years without a product like this! I love it!
