Good luck with a flaw

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installing and programming the lock is very simple and straightforward. The problem I’ve had with it is the battery pack that powers it doesn’t stay seated properly after a few months and I’ve had to finagle with it in order to keep it working properly. I’m putting in a warranty claim on it since it’s becoming more of a hassle and my wife almost locked herself out of the house when it auto locked like we programmed it to do but then stopped working entirely
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super easy to install. My sweet summer child of a roommate has a real problem losing her key. She also has a problem remembering to lock doors. This solves all of my problems since I can lock the door from out of town when she forgets. And I no longer have to have a key hidden outside to be found by bad guys.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had excellent experiences with Schlage locks. They are well made, reliable, and built to last. The smart locks in particular are superb—easy to manage, dependable, and ideal for monitored or unattended homes. I confidently recommend Schlage to all of our clients in our home watch business.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the features of this lock. I love that I can enter my home without looking for my keys. Only issue we have had is after changing the batteries sometimes the screen goes blank and will not work randomly.
