Perfect lock!

We have it fore more than a year and a half and it operates flawlessly in every kind of weather, from very cold to very hot conditions.and I love that I can set codes for everyone in the family, our neighbors (who help us water our plants when we are away), maid service, and anyone else we want to give access permanently or temporarily:

Smart with some struggles

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This lock looks very nice and works pretty well. I am able to lock and unlock from anywhere with an Internet signal. Connecting it to the Wi-Fi has been a little rough. While setting it up, it says it fails to connect, but I am still able to use it via wifi. So I'm not sure what's going on there. I can't update the firmware as a result. The app is otherwise simple to use

Excellent lock.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the lock - but had trouble connecting to Bluetooth and WiFi. I had to search online to figure how to do both. But once connected it’s a great product - especially the notifications and the ease of adding new codes.
