[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was purchased after trying two other brands that didn’t work properly. They didn’t fit well and would bind up and waste batteries. This item has worked perfectly and is a lot smoother and quieter. Easier functionality and works so much better. Should have purchased this first and not had the problems.

Great Lock, But...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great lock but the software should have better integration with the Ring system so I don't have to use multiple apps in order for my lock to work well with my Ring Alarm system. Before I would just use Ring and the lock and now I have to use Ring, Schlage app and an Alexa App that I have no use for other than to program "routines" which I was previously capable of doing on my Ring App alone with the Schlage lock.
With respect to the lock there should also be an always on/ illuminated function so it's easier to see the numbers in the dark.
