[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 5 days earlier we had this lock installed at my moms home who was having some medical issues. At 6 am I saw her fall on the home camera and called 911. If it were not for my ability to open the lock for another state they would have had a big issue getting into the home to help her but that was thankfully not the case . They gained access and helped her as is she opened the door herself . Very grateful ‘

Would be great if...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It would be a great lock if it stayed connected to the network. I split my 5ghz network created a 2.4ghz network solely for the lock. It stays connected for about 20 min. and still it drops. Tried the troubleshooting half a dozen times with the same results. Frustrating to say the least.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked how easy it was to install, just as much as the features that came with it. I was able to assign a code to each person and now I can see who is coming and going and when it is happening (in real time). My children only lock the door when I am outside and now that I don't need a key to get in, my blood pressure concerns have been addressed. I can't wait to do the other doors.
