Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a bit leary at first when I was installing my deadbolt but it was actually very easy and there were visual instructions built right into the encode app. I love that you can lock it manually, or with the app or key.
I have had this deadbolt for approximately 2 weeks now and so far I'm glad that I purchased it.
I also like that if I leave and might forget to lock my door I can do it on my phone and I like the security set at settings for it and how to set up others as either administrator or guest.

Best smart deadbolt

It took barely 10 minutes and another 10 to set it up with the app. I would say it is just what I needed, access to people according to schedule, notifications when locked/unlocked. The best part is tapping my phone or watch without entering the code while people are around. It is quite heavy and sturdy. A bit on the pricier side but worth it.

Easy to integrate into multi platform smart home

Initial setup onto WiFi was quick and integrations with Apple Home, Amazon Alexa and Home Assistant were all just a few clicks. The device and software have no issue being connected and controlled by the tools mentioned all at the same time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Schlage Encode Plus is an absolute game-changer! 🤩 The setup is incredibly straightforward and easy to understand. The user interface on both the app and the door keypad is a breeze to navigate. They even offer temporary codes, perfect for guests or short-term rentals. The battery life lasts well over a year before needing a change, and my favorite feature is the autolock function that you can set after the door is unlocked for a period of time. I don't know how we lived without this lock before it's hands down a must-have!
