Good not great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this as an upgrade from a previous Schlage lock which I loved. Only issue is when batteries die it’s a pain to get setup again like it forgets all details of being installed.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good Device - Firmware update is a nightmare

During installation, I had to take a shank off it to align it perfectly for the screws. I still give it a 5 stars since the wifi feature is really cool. I can remote open for guest whiles l am away.
Recommendations: There should be option for the shank to removed. Some doors settles with time and mess the alignment. Firmware update is not smooth also.

Love this lock!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was the first upgrade to my new house. I was living two hours away and had contractors coming and going for three weeks prior to my move in. This lock was perfect for allowing and tracking access when I wasn’t on site.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this lock because my brother in law has one on his house and it seem to make life so much easier. Installation was going easy enough until we connected the two wire clips. There must be a short. The clips don’t come apart.

This lock has made my life a bit easier
