[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Can’t get user codes to be recognized by the door lock. Using Apple Home to set up. Codes are visible in the app but not on the lock itself

Great lock!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always used Schalge and found them to be great... but this lock is outstanding. Easy to install and setup. Comes with long screws and a reinforced strike plate for security. Connecting it to my wifi was a breeze through the Schlage Home app.
I would recommend this to a friend!
