Pros: I like that I can use my phone to lock and unlock and see when the door is locked or unlocked.
Cons: They seem to drain the batteries fast even when not in use. Also it is difficult to pair the phone app with the locks. Says it's offline a lot.

Great for Arthritic Hands

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got 2 of these (front and back door). Great support with Ferguson. Instructions could be better for the electronic setup, but got it done. Needed this change due to arthritis in hands. It is so nice to unlock door with my Apple watch. It is also nice to have it lock itself after a minute if I forget. I did the install myself (with a friend to chisel for strike plate) so don't be afraid to upgrade. Like that Ferguson can key these alike and if I change other locks match the keys to these at a later date.
