[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Install was a bit of a challenge for me at 76 yrs old but support was excellent and got it done relatively easily. It’s nice to not have to carry keys and the extra security of using the deadbolt instead of the latch as my primary locking device is great. No one can “bump” this lock.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great lock for many reasons

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this lock! I've had an iPhone and a Google Pixel and it works seamlessly with both! I have a toddler that likes to open the door so I love the notifications and the auto lock after a period of time. It was easy to set up and use the app! I've not had any issues with lost connection or codes not working. I like that I can set different codes for different people. It's all been easy and wonderful

Seriously the best

That might sound over the top, but after living with the level lock for the last 3 years that had notoriously poor connectivity, the lock randomly extended -smashing up the door frame, a battery that died almost immediately and constantly getting locked out and using a physical key because of battery issues - encode plus lock is a breath of fresh air. My kids all have their own code as well as my in-laws who love to “just swing by.” It is reliable, so easy to use and I can lock, unlock and check real time status it from anywhere. Best purchase I’ve made in a long time.

One of the best decisions we’ve made!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this key pad lock! It’s so easy to install and use. I can give people a code to access my house and then delete their code when they are done. I have a few close people who have codes in case I have a situation where I need someone to go in unplanned. No extra keys needed!!!!
I recommend getting the one that you also have an app on your phone. I can see when the battery is getting low, who specifically is coming in & when.
I’ve sold at least half a dozen neighbors on it. We are all older & it’s nice to know we don’t have to “hide a spare key” so that we can get folks in if we are locked out, an emergency or just need something done in the house when we are away.
Lastly, the Schlage lock is superior quality which is very important.
I recommend getting the one that you also have an app on your phone. I can see when the battery is getting low, who specifically is coming in & when.
