[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finicky. Will not stay connected to WiFi. Keep deleting it and resetting. Would not recommend especially as a remote lock for a vacation rental.

I had problem updating the firmware and had to try several resets before successful update. Now the app constantly loses connectivity with wifi even when all other devices in the house are fine with wifi. I have tried hard reset and battery replacement and wifi connection continuous to fail. Everything else about the lock has been functional

Works and looks great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the handle as well as the deadbolt. Works seamlessly with the Air bandb app and Alexa . Was one of the easiest deadbolts I’ve installed. Looks so good and comes with longer screws for added security.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super easy to install. Set up was easy with Schlage App and HomeKit. It’s nice knowing that my home is secure. I also love that you can set different codes for different people on a totally custom schedule, with a notification about when the door was unlocked by who and when.

Interface and reliability — a must!

While prepping a new restaurant to open, the locks we inherited from the previous tenants fell apart, and we found Schlage locks that fit everything we expected but gave us so much more. The app features will allow us to know exactly who is entering and locking up our building each and every shift, which makes a new business owner sleep extra nice after a long, long day at work. Thank you, Schlage.

Easy Way to Lock & Unlock Front Door

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Once the lock and app are installed, it is easy to use to access the front door. I like that you can set an auto lock time in case the door remains unlocked after entry or exit.
