Solid product with a couple of small caveats

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a house in Baja, Mexico and have 11 Schlage encode locks. For the most part, they are a solid product. They are easy to add to the app, and easy to control from the app and integrate well with most property management software. Just a couple of small issues: (1) in the bright sunshine, the keypad is impossible to see so you are guessing as to the numbers you are pressing (the numbers aren’t clearly printed like on other locks); (2) they seem to occasionally have problems connecting to strong WiFi after having been paired and inexplicably occasionally drop WiFi connection; (3) I had a recurring problem with one lock that had to be deleted and re-added, which was not hard but could not be done remotely. Overall, it’s a solid product and I am happy.

Excellent choice for Airbnb property

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very helpful for my Airbnb. I'm able to travel and still manage my property while feeling secure in knowing that I can change the codes remotely and allow access to my cleaning crew and maintenance as needed.
