[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had our Schlage BE499WB Smart Lock for a few months now and have really enjoyed it. The installation and setup were simple, and we love how convenient it is to create multiple access codes for different people—no more worrying about lost or duplicate keys. We did have a small hiccup with the internet connection at first, but after a bit of trial and error it’s been working perfectly ever since. Overall, it’s a reliable, easy-to-use smart lock that adds both convenience and peace of mind to our home.

STURDY AND EASY TO INSTALL / OPERATE!

The setup took just a few minutes — the instructions were clear, and it connected to my WiFi without any issues. The app is intuitive, and being able to lock or unlock the door remotely is super convenient. The build quality feels solid and secure, and the keypad lights up nicely at night. Overall, a great smart lock that works exactly as advertised!
