Easy to install!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found the locks (2 doors) to be very easy to install? Also they set up very quickly with the Schlage app. I get remote alerts on my iPhone and my Apple Watch any time the doors are opened. I love that I don’t need to use my Home app and AppleTV box to receive the alerts. Bravo Schlage!

Great but glitchy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It appears the people that made this form were the same people that coded the instructions as this text field is not responding properly as one cannot scroll and edit their entries.
Loving it (once I finally got it set up) !
Physical installation was easy.
The appearance of the lock on my door looks great!
The initial set up was not as straightforward as it could be. The instructions online definitely need to be reworked.
Functionality using Wi-Fi could be better. I have high Wi-Fi signal strength availability at the lock, it does drop out more often than not when I go to lock/unlock.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good functions, Lousy wireless Setup

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The deadbolt assembly installed easily, and the lock functions manually and with a code as expected. However, attempting to connect the lock to the app via my local Wi-Fi was impossible for 9 months. I regularly followed installation instructions, did hard resets, contacted support, and even got a warranty replacement—nothing worked. Then, out of sheer frustration because I needed the Wi-Fi features for apartment rental management, I tried a hard reset one more time. Miraculously, it finally connected.
Beyond the connectivity nightmare, the batteries need to be changed every 2 months. Without the wifi and app connected, that's discovered at the expense of guest experience.
I wouldn't buy this device again. It's possible the problems are a result of my Xfinity router or Pixel 8 Pro, but because I don't know where the weak link is, I'm too leery to buy this brand again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far this lock has been awesome. We just upgraded from a simplisafe lock and this one has exceeded my expectations. Installation was super simple and setting everything up in my app was a breeze. I also like the notifications when someone tries to enter the code too many incorrect times.
