Reliable and Easy to Install

I have found the Schlade Encode to be super easy to install and setup. Best of all it has proven to be reliable over time with no random battery failures at the worst possible time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The locks works well until the warranty expires. The features and reliability are high - eliminating sharing of keys. Setting notifications when a access keys is used tells me when the person got home or left - useful with older kids.
The lock now has a electronic malfunction which is not
covered by warranty per support.

Solid and secure

Code and key operations are smooth and easy. The remote app adds additional access capabilities and allows me to check the bolt position.

Great smart lock, app friendly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lock was fairly straight forward to setup out of the box. WiFi was a little tricky to get going, you have to have a relatively strong network. The app is intuitive and enables remote ability to monitor and control the Schlage lock. The craftsmanship is typical and high quality like all of the Schlage product line.
