Much easier than previous smart lock!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our last property manager switched out our Yale smart lock for the Schlage Encode Plus. Since I already had the Yale app on my phone, I had planned to switch back to the original Yale smart lock but when I got to the house, I couldn't find it so I decided to keep the Schlage and reset everything. With Yale, everything was a process and never worked the first few times, so I blocked out a couple hours. Imagine my surprise when resetting the Schlage and setting up their app was a total breeze! No need to call support, no need to uninstall and reinstall! Everything connected and everything worked the first time! Then, the real test came... Setting up a new code for a guest and not being able to test it ahead of time. My old Yale keypad interface was such a pain for guests and if they couldn't get it to work, I was never sure if it was the wrong code (because once a code was created, you couldn't see it) or user error. We had zero issues with remote code setup in the app and guest access! And I love that I can double check the code in the app! I've now used the remote code setup feature and love it! I've had zero guest issues with the interface and have now set up unique codes for everyone who may need access to the home. I also love the notification feature for whenever the home is locked/unlocked! When you're doing remote management, it's a super helpful feature! 10/10 recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was super easy to install. It replaced a Schlage lock that I had that was not a smart lock. Super happy to have visibility and control of our lock when we’re traveling and we need someone to come watch the dogs.!
