I love the concept but the app doesn’t work well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a long time customer and I have several “smart locks” by Schlage. I like the security of their products but there are bugs in their app. I just purchased a new lock for my second entrance and now I can’t get my original lock to work. It will no longer pair with the app so I can’t add or delete users. I’m extremely frustrated because these locks aren’t cheap and my main purpose for purchasing a smart lock is the ability to add and delete users.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installation went fairly smoothly and as long as you keep up on the batteries, this thing works fantastically. I love all the features, and that I can look up the status online in case my kids forget to lock the door and then lock it myself overall an excellent by.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the first generation Schlage Encode lock and was first pleased with it. We needed a new lock and loved the idea of being able to connect the lock to our Apple Home. This has proven to be great. It was easy to install too!
