Great product, worth every penny

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this to replace another similar lock that was falling to respond. I've always used Schlage in rentals and felt their hardware was much more secure in design that other manufactures. It's more robust more durable and thusly more difficult to break. This also works with our Home assistant application so it allows for optimum use. SIMPLE & EFFECTIVE inferface design, while still easy enough to install. Bought a second lock a month later for the back door because the application is so easy to manage.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Won't connect to the app

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thought it was a bad lock, so got a new one and have the same issue. Install is fine, but the lock will not connect to the app. I have 3 others that I'm using of this exact lock that I installed over th last year... So install isn't the issue!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Flawless HomeKit Integration

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was skeptical of whether a smart lock would hold up to repeated uses and not end up locking me out. I have to say this surpassed every expectation I had. The fact that it has thread also makes it so the batteries last a long time. I think I got 14 months on the front door that gets used the most and 18 months on the lesser used garage entrance and back door. I seem to have lost the keys they came with but I’m actually not worried because I don’t see these ever failing.
