[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This lock is awesome! I can give people a separate code and revoke their access when needed so people don’t know my code. It’s great!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Instructional Video Needs Updating

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the hardware, but the instructions suck. The contents don’t match the video and I was losing my mind thinking that I lost the reinforcement plate (they only package one now, even though the video walkthrough documentation says there are two!!) and the adapter plate for the lock from rounded to square doesn’t exist in the instructions either. I had to go to other sites to locate others who had the same experience and clued me in that I wasn’t losing my mind thinking I lost the reinforcement plate! Again, great hardware, good tech, lousy instructions.

Love the hands free functionality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The integration with my Apple Watch to lock and unlock with Apple Home is amazing. It’s a bit difficult to get set up if you ever need to change phones or watches, but in the end all the smart features are very much worth it, including remote lock/unlock, and being able to check that you remembered to lock the door.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the automatic locking feature. I like being able to create temporary codes when we had workers at our house and, it's very simple to set up and use.

4th Encode Smart WiFi Deadbolt

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy installation each time. Connecting to my WiFi, updating the firmware. My only downside is the battery life. For a family of 8 and heavy usage, they last 7 months. I hope this helps. I still recommend this product.
