Love these locks!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We absolutely love these locks! We use it on a rental and now our home because we love the ease. They are easy to install and very easy to program. Being able to see who enters and when is great, and knowing only those we want to have access can access our property is priceless.

Battery change problem

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lock was fantastic til the batteries ran down (2 months) and I changed them. Now keypad is dead and can’t revive it even with factory reset. Warranty replacing it will report on new deadbolt reliability

Very convenient for kids and seniors

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The main reason for me to buy this product is I can use my watch to open the door, I’ve been using the other Schlage smart lock too, but this is the one I love the most, the only thing I have to complain is the battery life, the battery life on this product is the worse than all other Schlage smart locks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second encore smart lock. The features are excellent. The app is excellent. The set up is excellent. The compatibility is excellent. The only thing stopping me from giving this a five is the durability of my first one. It lasted about five years which I was a little disappointed in given the price point of this product. My hope is with the encore plus that the kinks have been worked out regarding durability and that it will at least last 7 to 10 years but the connectability the interface is super simple and it seems to be a very secure lock.
I would recommend this to a friend!
