[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These locks have been wonderful to have at home. I have 4 of them on different doors on the exterior of the house and they have worked flawlessly this whole time.
Installing them every time is easy, the instructions were detailed while still being easy to follow, and called out important things to note very well.
I will always this this lock or similar locks in the same line in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best luck in the mortgage. It is the most convenient, it is the most sensible, and with the app it’s just perfect. Easy install, easy set up, the app is simple and easy to understand, you can assign , code if anybody want, you can erase them whenever you want you can put a timer on them. I would use this on days my housekeeper scheduled. I put in a time she should be there and the code clears out after I set the time she should be done. Works the same for guests.

Huge disappointment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Brand new lock won't pair to app (4th lock this year so it's not on user error). An expensive piece of garbage to have issues straight out of the box!
This was to replace one installed a year ago, so don't expect these to last!
