Overall good lock, but connectivity is sketchy.

The best lock on the market

I have complete confidence in these secure locks and I feel that they keep my house and family secure and safe with ease of access at our fingertips.

Basic quality and not enough plus for the plus

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The good: It looks nice, the installation and connectivity is easy to complete.
The bad: Packaging wasn’t great and gave me pause on if I got a used lock(sent the first one back thinking it was), the lock lever feels loose and poor quality, the app doesn’t allow you to centrally manage codes so you have to set them up on each device. The encode plus only benefit is supporting Apple home which is okay but management of accounts require a homehub.
I would recommend this to a friend!
