Easy to Use once connected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our third lock of the same kind and we very much like them. The biggest challenge was getting it set up via wi-fi but once done it’s great.

Great lock for rentals, not great for humidity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this lock a few years ago and have had it replaced several times. It works really great for rentals as long as it works. It integrates with several major platforms so managing codes and scheduling is really no effort required. Unfortunately, one of my rentals just doesn’t work well for this lock. I’ve tried various methods of installation to try to avoid the issue, but it fails when humidity and heat gets to a point where condensation forms inside the device. Unfortunately, the electronics are not protected from this issue and the lock will fail to work. The current one I have installed is still accessible via the application, but the keypad doesn’t work anymore. I’d love to continue using this lock, but unfortunately, it just can’t work properly for our property.

Great lock, not so great upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super easy to install. The actual Shlage app is convenient and easy to use. However, the apple compatibility is lacking to say the least. Used the Home app on IPhone and didn’t realize it was either the Home App or Schlage app that had to be used, not in combination with each other. With Apples Home app you lose some cool features and so I paid more for the Apple compatibility but will never use it. It would kick me out of the app and disconnect too often for my comfortability and you cannot add second user. My suggestion is purchase the regular encode the lock itself is awesome!
